hello... How long was it since i last posted sumthing ere? hmm..... Am in the office rite now...lunchtime (but staying in since i'm fasting today). Finished reading some magazine i bought this morning at the news-stand. Now blinking furiously, and aimlessly at the monitor, thinking of what to do to kill time. (Yeah, i know, a lot of work to do.. But can't seem to want to start on it just yet. Oh yeah, did i mention that today's MONDAY??. So spare me the lecture. Monday Blues, lah!)
Oh yeah, what happened since i last posted here in my blog? Let's see :-
1. My cousin got married last month to her long time boyfriend
[Guess what...they hooked up together when i was still in a relationship with my first true love.... Now, after i had gotten over 2 exes (the 1st true love included...boohoohooo), and currently in a very beautiful and pleasent courtship later, they finally tied the knot. so happy for them, but feeling lost for myself..]
2. Went to Surabaya, Indonesia with my sweetie - 29-6-06 til 2-7-06
[My better half finally decided to bring me somewhere for a vacation and a much needed break (after listening to my endless whinying about how dull my life seemed to be), and also to attend to one of his close friend's wedding in surabaya (sweetie and the groom met while studying in UK). Trip was fun, wedding was grand!! (wish mine will be that way too, teehehehe). Stayed at Sheraton Surabaya, courtesy of the bride and groom (thanks Kiki and Rike). Went for a lil' bit of sightseeing at 2 of surabaya's famous (and biggest) shopping malls - hey, nothing to see in surabaya, seriously... and the fact that we only stayed there for 2 days..
Thereafter, took a flight with sweetie and his friend to jakarta. Stayed there for 2 days. Met with sweetie's close friend, (also from his studying days in UK) Jimmy and Shirley (Jimmy's soooo.... cute! Don't worry, did mention the same thing to sweetie.... He was ok with the brief infatuation i had (hopefully....'baby i sayang u the same tau!!') Went for food tour...Eating indonesian food non-stop the time we were there. Had a taste of sate minang, and all the indonesian food served at the stall by the dusty roadside. hehe. it was a fun experience. The food was delicious, needless to say!!
Stayed at Nikko Hotel, Jakarta. Room was a bit small, but comfy. Priced at USD45 per nite. Don't care. So long i have my sweetie to snuggle to at nite....that's more important. Got back to Malaysia on the 2-7-06. Had to take mc the next day, too damn tired to go to work and face all the files at the office, haha.....
All in all, the trip was fun!! Thanks baby, for paying all the expenses while we were there.
3. Compulsory outing with sweetie on weekends
[New ruling made by mommy dearest!! Heck, I was close to choking myself when she told me and my bro and sis that all of us should spend the weekend (saturdays AND sundays) with our bfs/gf. Shocker!! But was happy to oblige. so last saturday and sunday was spent watching dvd with my bf at his place] Heaven!! Just spending time like that with him was heaven!!].
It's 2.30pm. Have yet to start on my work. Really got to go... will write in soon...... *muahss*
